"These are the kind of layouts that I wish I could imagine and craft!! I
ADORE the way she used the wave for the impression of the eye and the
word art on the fact. The cluster is perfect to imply a headband
decoration, and the upside down title is wonderful! So textural and
crafty!!"

"I just can’t go past this amazing page on this day of remembrance, 11th day of the 11th
month. The beautiful poppies almost look painted on, the page is so
tactile. I see lace, I see dog tags, I see splatters, are they blood
splatters, as the lady looks so sad looking away almost unseeing. Such a
beautifully touching page. We will remember them."
"I was very attracted to the monochromatic (ish) look of this layout. The
blending is just amazing with the placement of the title and the clock
cluster and the man’s face making a great triangle design. Very nice!"

"Wow, just wow. Firstly I love a good extraction. The gentleman looks
fabulous walking into that magical vista. And I love that the artist
has taken the time to explain how she has put the whole page together in
her gallery post. A simply magical page."
"First, please take a moment to read her credits. She layered and blended
so many items and it is well mastered! There is also the triangle of
red which your brain loves! Love the mix of font and word art for her

"This is a style that I am seeing more and more. Art is coming to play and many people are not simply scrapping memories with personal photos. This one by Ana is out of this world!! The beautifully extracted woman is just an amazing pop of color. Then the gorgeous unicorn brings magic into the page. Finally, the small bits of flowers and the dragon fly just make this page so visually interesting! I love the artistry of it!"
"Great extraction! Love the creation she made on the layout and the
brushworks. The flashes of color, the scribbles really set the page.
Those little flowers are nice additions to the page."
"Ana's blending skills are something that I have been in awe of for such a

"The beautifully rendered face drew me in! I like the placement of the
flower over one eye – to me, she is winking! I enjoy the flowers in many
different sizes as this helps give depth to the layout. The blending of
the word art into the background adds a soft touch. This is the kind
of layout in which one can get delightfully lost in all the layers."

elements is absolutely perfect. I love how her veil/head scarf blends
into the background so that those tastefully chosen elements can adorn
it. The color of the paint, gesso, and text make this background really

Gallery Standouts March 17th, 2022
"I love me a good art journal page and this one really stands out. I
don’t know why maybe it is the splashes of orange? (which happens to be
my favorite color?) or the scribbled face hiden within but this layout
drew me in for a closer look and that had me loving every bit of it!"

"First up is this beautiful piece of art! I was drawn to the wonderful watercolor effect on the page, and that
fabulous picture turned to a painting! Her title is wonderful and the
blending and shadowing is amazing! I can almost smell the hot chocolate
she MUST be drinking!"
So if this doesn’t just SCREAM Christmas at you, then I don’t know what
will! I am absolutely head over heels in love with the creativity here.
The look on the girl’s face is priceless and I love that the cluster
next to her, feels like the branch of a Christmas tree, stacked with
goodies. The blending is amazing! I mean the whole thing is just amazing
and I can’t stop looking at it or trying to touch that cluster!

add that yummy depth, and the super cool stamps that frame the photo

We don’t really know anymore if the image is a photo that has undergone a post-processing or if it is a painting because the rendering is so impressive. A wonderful work of texture has also been done which brings matter to the page."
